The Chairman’s Circle is an accelerated one-year leadership development programme for an elite group of high-potential employees selected from across the Group, with the objective of grooming them to take over critical positions in the near future.
The programme, sponsored by the Chairpersons and the senior leadership team, is an integral part of other talent building and leadership development interventions driven by the Group to create a robust leadership pipeline across different levels of management.
The participants of this programme go through best-in-class developmental interventions, such as behavioural coaching, opportunities to work on strategic projects, job rotations, career management and mentorship by senior leadership.
